Overview of the action from the Week 2 of NTU's 5-a-side Bundesliga

Round 3 of the Bundesliga 5-A-Side saw six teams record wins but no-one was able to pull away and create a gap at the top.

With Tripod FC and Sandby FC unable to fulfill their fixtures, LEX FC and Muay Thai Fighters were able to pick up their first wins of the season and now sit in a group of eight teams on 3 or 4 points. Average Joe's also moved into this clutch of teams with an impressive 7-3 win over a Cunning Stunts team that had been joint top of the table coming into Week 3. Two Balls Are Not Enough continued their recovery from their Week 1 mauling to record their second straight win, this time 4-2 against Gordon House Massive, and move into third place in the league with 6 points. Goldsmiths Court and Exeter Gently continue to sit at the top of the league. Goldsmiths played their first true match in Week 3 and were impressive in gaining an 8-2 win over Mill House FC, who had been one of the standout teams of the first two weeks games. However it is Exeter Gently who sit oat the top of the table, as they recorded their second 7-0 scoreline of the season, this time against Shelvey Style, who were admittedly missing their Goalkeeper and manager due to an ankle injury.

Next weekend will be a hugely important one at the top of the table with Goldsmiths and Exeter Gently meeting in a top of the table clash at 3.00pm. The weeks other fixtures see Gordon House Massive looking to gain their first win of the season at 1.00pm versus Shelvey Style, Muay Thai Fighters playing Cunning Stunts at 1.30pm, Mill House and Sandby FC looking to get back to winning ways at 2.00pm, Average Joe's facing Tripod FC at 2.30pm and LEX FC rounding out the weekends fixtures against Two Balls Are Not Enough.
