A round-up of the action from Week 2 of the SERIE 6-A-Side League

Week 2 of the SERIE 6-A-Side leagues saw only three of the four games played as Scoregasm Japan were unable to fulfill their fixture due to Reading Week absences, leaving Destiny to pick up the three points, move clear at the top of the table, and use the pitch for a training game. The other game in SERIE A was a dramatic encounter between old foes Egypt FC and Cease Hiders. Egypt FC took an early lead, before Cease Hiders mounted a second half comeback to win 2-1, with the winner coming from a quickly taken indirect free-kick.

SERIE B saw the two teams who had won in Week 1, Trent Architects and Ajax Trees Down, face off, with the Architects coming from behind twice to eventually win 4-2 and move three points clear at the top. The second game in SERIE B saw the debut of Peverell Plebs who were able to pick up a point in a 2-2- draw against Titus Bramble's Frisky Fingers.

Week 3's SERIE A fixtures see Cease Hiders look to build on this week's win against new boys Scoregasm Japan, whilst Destiny will be looking to maintain their position at the top of the league with a win over 2 Goals 1 Cup. In SERIE B table toppers Trent Architects will be unable to increase their lead as they too go into a bye week. Ajax Trees Down will be looking to close the gap against Titus Bramble's Frisky Fingers and Defenders Assemble will be looking to get their season up and running against Peverell Plebs.
