We have teamed up with the Chestnut Appeal to run the first Chestnut Futsal Cup

The Chestnut Appeal's main aim is to increase awareness of prostate cancer.
It is the most common cancer in men – yet less than 20 per cent know where the prostate is or what it does.

The charity, aptly named because a chestnut is a similar size and shape to the prostate, was started in 1999 by a team of consultants in Derriford Hospital. As well as raising awareness, the two members of staff who currently run the Chestnut Appeal also try to raise as much cash as they can to invest in state of the art technology.

The Chestnut Futsal Cup will raise money for the charity with all profit being directly donated to them.

The tournament will take place on Sunday 19th at Plymouth Life Centre between 6pm and 9pm. It is open to any team of male players aged 16 and over, entry fee is £30 and will guarantee every team a minimum of 45 minutes in the tournament.
