Before each game, the initiative is on the Home team to make the following communication

Full details of the process are described in the Standard Code of Rules. These instructions are intended to be reminder:

1. Each team must be set up with a Prime Contact. You can do this yourselves in Full Time. If your mobile number is missing, you need to add this to your FA Profile.

2. Each Tuesday morning, an automated email is distributed to all team admins with details of the forthcoming fixtures. This includes contact details with the opposition (the Prime Contact) and referee (if any appointed). If you are not receiving this email, it is because your email address has not been verified - ask the League for a link to do this. You will find an example of this email below.

3. The Home team must initiate contact with the opposition and referee by 21:00 two days before a game (ie Thursday for a Saturday game). You can do this by phone, text message or email.

4. Any changes to the fixture, including the venue, must be communicated to the League immediately.

5. Before each game, you need to provide a Teamsheet to your opponents and to the referee (if any).

6. You will also need to take a Photo Squad Sheet (from Club Portal) with you to the game for inspection by the opposition.
