If you need to request a postponement due non availability of players please complete and return this form to League Fixtures Secretary Stuart Bean stewpot61@btinternet.com
Remember you must list all players registered to your squad and note if they are available or not. For those that are not available a reason must be given.
Please note the minimum numbers to play a fixtures are 7 for 11v11 and 5 for 9v9
