There are many hidden gems playing in the PLFL divisions and following in the footsteps of Britt Assombalonga who is a success story of the Watford Development Programme (Herts) are the following players

Dipo Akinyemi (Watford Development Herts) has had his contract extended at Stevanage FC and made a big impact in pre season scoring for the first team.

Striker Ashley Hunter from Burton Albion Development has signed professional terms with Fleetwood town

Sandro Semedo from Leyton Orient Development has signed a two year professional contact with Leyton Orient First Team.

Omari Sterling James from Birmingham City Development remains on professional terms with Cheltenham Town FC and Callum McFarlane also from Birmingham is progressing well in Cheltenham Town's Academy. Jamie Spencer another Birmingham Development player has signed new terms with Kidderminster Harriers First Team.

Emmanuel Osadebe from Tottenham Hotspur Development has signed a professional contract with Gillingham. Osadebe made his debut against Sheffield United on August 8 in a 4-0 win, earning `Man of the Match` in his first game in professional Football.

From Cheltenham Town Development - Niall Rowe signed academy forms and is youth team captain and has featured for the first team during pre season.
Adam Page signed a one year contact with Cheltenham town first team after being on the development programme for two seasons.

From Fulham FC Development under the leadership of Ali Melloul George Brooker signed scholarship forms at Barnet FC after spending a a year on our programme and skilful winger Adam Toubal has signed a two year professional contract with Algerian side ES Setif after spending 3 years on Fulham's programme.

Reading FC's Development has seen a number of players make the step up to the professional game......
Goalkeeper Jack Stevens signed a 2 year Scholar at Oxford United during pre season last season and was on the bench for the first team when theyplayed at WBA in the League Cup.
Tamille Roache signed for Barnet FC and made his first team debut last season aged 17
Emmanuel Agboola signed a 2 year contract at Oxford United this summer
Ramarni Medford-Smith signed a 2 Year contract at Reading FC earlier this year
Former player Ben Gladwin signed for QPR from Swindon Town for a 6 figure fee having spent 3 years on the programme at Reading.

Chesterfield's keeper Myles Wright made his first team debut against Sheffield United October 2014.
