Rochdale AFC will be joining the NFYL next season with centres based in Rochdale and in the West Midlands

Deon Burton has joined with Rochdale AFC and The Coleshill School to deliver a bespoke football Academy in the Midlands aiming to bridge the gap between grassroots and academy football.

He has also played outside of the UK, having played in Azerbaijan, under former England and Arsenal Captain Tony Adams.
Deon is hoping to cascade his knowledge and experience to his players and has developed a system to ensure an appropriate pathwey for each player, whether that be professional, non league or in the USA.
