Follow the rule to avoid a cancellation

In recent weeks we have been given extra work and complaints from clubs regarding cancellation of matches through frost , rain etc

Rule 10.3 page 21 is not being followed correctly. Rule 10.3.2. If in doubt for a league game your first call is to the Fixtures Secretary, do not leave a message, please then contact secretary one of us will always be available on a Saturday morning.A decision will be made as to whether a pitch inspection is necessary. We have a group of referees to call on to inspect. The opposition acted after the league has given permission. If clubs fail to follow this procedure it will count as a CANCELLATION
We must do all we can to play matches on the day arranged.
Cup games are automatically inspected .
