A Team Sheet is attached for download. An example completed sheet is attached for your assistance. Results & Team Sheets for ALL fixtures played in the Youth Division must be emailed to your age group fixtures secretary.

Team sheets must be submitted within 48 hrs of the scheduled fixture, team sheets received after this will incur a fine of £10-00. Failure to submit a team sheet within 28 days of the scheduled fixture will incur a 3 points deduction from the team's total score.

All managers must record a score between 1 and 10 in the 'Fair Play' box of the age group fixtures secretary's Copy of the team sheet.

If a team receives 4 points or less from the awarding manager, that manager must inform the League Registration Secretary, by letter the reason for the low score.
