Council pitches declared unfit for Sunday 19th January

Portsmouth City Council have informed me that all pitches are unfit for play this weekend. All are currently waterlogged and the contractors are unable to carry out the basic preparations such as linemarking and, with more rain forecast, the position will not change in time for this weekend.
