What to do matchdays

A few things you need to do on a matchday

During the match Full Time will send a TEXT message to the designated mobile phone numbers that are registered to each TEAM with the League
If you don't get a message then either your phone is switched off, the League number recorded for you is incorrect or Full Time has some issues.
If your phone is switched off full time will tell the League
If you change mobile numbers you need to tell the League

Text Received ok? then simply reply with the score home team first, No names required no words just the score please
So Charing v Kennington finshes as a win for Charing by 3-2
Means a text from both teams 3-2
If it's postponed it's a reply of P-P

remember an ABANDONED game is not a POSTPONED game so for abandoned game its A-A

If its cup and extra time READ the text- follow onscreen instructions

Then phone the goalscorers hotline on 0844 811 9484 by 2.30pm prompt
Fines will be issued to those that miss the deadline from SUNDAY SEPT 11
Your call to the hotline is clearly recorded with the phone number making the call, the team concerned and time the call was made

Matchday Registration and team sheets
Send by post to the regsitrations officer or scan e mail to then send on the hard copy asap

If you wish to record a mark of 60 or less for the match referee then you MUST follow up with a letter of explanation to the League Secretary within 7 days of the game

Confirm with opponents and match officials for the following week.
Late notification is unacceptable. I am getting reports of teams confirming on a FRIDAY evening for a game on Sunday
