Clearance is required to International Clearance by the league.

Please note that the league does not need clearance for a player that moves from one club to another. If they owe monies or kit then you have to deal with this through your County FA and the debt recovery system. The league highly recommend that you make sure you collect subs from players before they play and get signed disclosures for kits taken at the start of the season. County FA are the only people that can stop a player from playing in the season.
