The Sheffield and Hallamshire County FA Youth Development Working Group are conducting a project aimed at 16 – 21 year olds involved in football. This project will offer 20 people a free place on a course that is selected by the young people themselves through the questionnaire attached. If you could pass on the questionnaire and request that each young person completes it and returns it to the following:
