Bristol Churches League clubs can enter GFA County Cup competitions, facing clubs from other leagues such as the Bristol and District League, Bristol Suburban League and the Downs League. Teams within a club enter the County Cup competition in accordance with the division of the league they play in. Particular attention should be taken to rules of County Cups in the GFA Handbook sent to all club secretaries.

Division 1 teams - Minor South or higher if qualifying by winning the competition, ie Intermediate South or Junior South
Division 2 teams - Primary South
