AGM - Season 2012-2013

AGM – Season 2012-2013 Date: Monday 18th of June Time: 7pm for a 7:30 start Venue: Elim Church - 443 Stanley Rd, Bootle L20 5DN

Every team must have at least 1 representative present at the meeting. You will be fined if you do not attend. Fine is £30.

Please bring payment and paperwork for the coming season. Cost / Fees will be sent out later this week along with any other relevant paperwork.

IF YOU ARE NOT CONTINUING IN THE MCL FOR THIS COMING SEASON FOR ANY REASON WE MUST BE NOTIFIED BY Wednesday 13th JUNE AT 5PM. We have a number of teams who are looking to enter so we need to clarify the make up of the leagues for next year and the committee are meeting on Wednesday evening to discuss.

The AGM is the most important meeting of the season so please ensure you are present. It will last for around 1 hour maximum.
