Nice and Threesy does it for Talbot

Aldborough Hatch 3 - 5 Talbot (aet)

Talbot completed a remarkable treble. In a game dominated by striker Lee Pine.
Talbot were out of the blocks quickest with Jamie Brown netting after only 8 mins. Then Lee Pine took over, a well taken free kick made it 2 nil and then he added a third before the half time break.
Half time was exactly what Aldborough needed and manager Ben Moore's team talk worked a charm. Hatch came out a rejuvenated side. Alex Philips started the comeback with a well taken header. James Gibbings latched onto a rare Talbot defensive error to make it 3 - 2. Almost immediately Steve Belton drew the sides level. As the game headed towards extra time Talbot were reduced to 10 men moments before full time.
Early in extra time Lee Pine completed his hat trick. Aldborough Hatch also found themselves reduced to 10 men. Trailing 4 -3 and with only 2 mins to go Hatch were awarded a free kick. With keeper Kevin Greetham up for the kick the Hatch goal was exposed and Lee Pine took full advantage. He put the ball into an empty net to take his tally to 4 and Talbots to 5.
Talbot completed a remarkable season taking the Premier Division and a cup double.
