Innovative thinking the key to a brighter future.

Despite difficulties in previous seasons, and fears that last season might well be the last, an innovative link up with Salisbury Saturday League, who are also experiencing similar problems, has been embraced by both Leagues giving extra games against different opposition through the season.
With ADFL having six teams and Salisbury five, the Competition played under the Alex Hopkins Shield, will mean Clubs from both Leagues will play each other once resulting in a knock out sequence for a semi final.
So with this up and running Clubs will have at least 15 games with those having success in Cups etc up to 18.
Clubs are happy with the extra travel and willing to go the 'extra mile' in the interests of grass roots football locally!
