The ADFL lost four Clubs from last season due to various reasons, but are bouncing back this season with one division of ten teams.

What began as a particularly encouraging start to last season with the League having its highest number of teams for years has bumped back down to earth this season having lost four either during the season or the 'close season'.
There are varying reasons, but there does seem to be a bit of a epidemic of a loss of commitment to the local game both with players and Management.
Sadly, The Arms folded during the season, Globe Sports did the same, Andover Dynamos and Crusaders fell by the wayside and Swallow FC got 'swallowed' up by Andover New St Swifts.
So with just ten teams, we begin another consecutive season of local football with one division.
One or two Clubs were 'teetering on the brink' but thankfully they have been 'pulled back' and we are looking forward to another competitive year.
The seasons traditional opener is the now firmly established 6 a-side Tournament held on Sat Aug 30th at the Sports Ground Enham with a 1pm start.
Ten entries from the local League will pit their wits against each other as there were no other interest from a specific invitation from the ADFL to the Testway Youth League U18's teams.
