A brief summary and review of week 1 in season 2010.Also some reminders of after match procedures. Update of re-arranged fixtures.

Premier Division started with a cracking win for Fleece Inn,11-3, at the second attempt,due to the original date being off because pitch had not been cut nor marked out.Quilligans I know had players unavailable,but no excuses I hear from them.
Dunsop started well in their first season in the Premier with a close fought 3-3 draw with Catforth.Wyre Villa won by forfeit 1-0 against Hoghton.
Goosnargh vs Brockholes was off due to winter league fixture clashes,match re-arranged for MAY 12TH.
Division 1 saw new team FC Barton win well at Chipping, 2-0. P.A.H. had a great start also, winning 3-1 away at Udderseenus.Ribchester started well again winning 4-2 against Goosnargh.
Pilling vs CCA was off due to winter league fixture clashes,game now re-arranged for MAY 8TH.
Division 2 East started with a cracking win for Spartak Fulwood,10 - 0 vs Inter Marina.Chipping Res won well away at Brockholes Res 4-1,Deepdale fought out a solid 1-1 draw vs Goosnargh.
Division 2 West only had 1 fixture played and Bilsborrow won in a tight affair 4-3 versus FC Newton.
Fulwood vs Grimsargh & Norcross vs Stable Bar were both off due to winter league fixture clashes, both games re-arranged for MAY 4TH.
Please remember this League is a RESPECT League and we are aiming for the status of this with the LFA shortly.Respect fellow players,officials and the match referees at all times.
Also the drinking of alcohol is prohibited at our games,on the touchlines etc.any teams caught not obeying this rule is liable to a fine and being reported to LFA !!!
Please remind referees to phone / text the final score to the League Secretary .. not been happening this week !!
Please complete fully your match cards and ensure both club officials sign them,get the referees name also and mark him out of 100.

Still awaitng confirmation of CCA's home venue,also Wyre Villa's home venue to be decided as Preesall pitch is now unavailable all summer.
