We have one team resignation after Week 4 of the New Season ... due to Disciplinary Issues.

Premier Division team , Quilligans have announced today that they are resigning with immediate effect from the League.Reasons for this are that they are primarily a Winter League team based in the Blackpool & Fylde Sunday Alliance and that is their main objective.Secondly due to issues with the Disciplinary system at L.F.A,any team presently incurring cautions/send offs/misconducts .. this may well inpinge into the Winter League suspension system,therefore I ask all clubs to be aware and respect at all times the Referees decisions,whether right or wrong,as if he decides to take action it will lead to discipline issues further down the line.
May I also take the opportunity to thank Quilligans for their brief foray into our League,and hopefully they may return in later years.
All fixtures / results involving Quilligans have been expunged as per the League Rules.
