A Summary of Week 14.

A brief summary of week 14,the penultimate week in Summer League 2010.

The Final game in the Premier League was a dour 1-0 forfeited win to Hoghton Hotspur.
The Premier Division Champions for season 2010 are HOGHTON HOTSPUR.
In Division 1 PAH needed to win to push Udderseenus all the way to the final game.PAH successfully beat FC Barton 1-0,and in a surprising game Udderseenus could only muster a 2-2 draw away at Ribchester.Chipping defeated Pilling 3-1 and Goosnargh 2nd's had a good win away at CCA,3-1.
In the weeks second set of fixtures Ribchester gained another creditable result winning 3-2 away at Goosnargh 2nd's,CCA defeated FC Barton in yet another forfeited fixture 1-0,a game which was counted as a double header.
The First Division Champions for season 2010 are UDDERSEENUS CITY.
In Division 2 East,Spartak Fulwood confirmed their great season with a good win away at Goosnargh 3rd's,3-1.Brockholes Arms Res confirmed runners up spot with two wins this week,6-1 away at Inter Marina and 5-0 away at Deepdale Dynamos.Deepdale's other fixture this week finished 1-1 against Chipping Res.Chipping Res completed their season with an unconvincing win over a resolute Inter Marina team,4-2.
The Division Two East Champions for season 2010 are SPARTAK FULWOOD.
In Division 2 West the final fixtures played were a 6-1 home win for Stable Bar over champions Grimsargh,FC Newton won at Norcross / Warbreck 1-0 and Bilsborrow defeated Fulwood P.R. 5-0 to cement the runners up spot.
The Division Two West Champions for season 2010 are GRIMSARGH.
The first final of the season was played also this week,the Division Two Champions Trophy between Grimsargh and Spartak Fulwood.In what was a very competitive game the overall winners were GRIMSARGH,with a 2 - 0 victory.
